Who is behind the culinary creations of Waves?
Born in Naples in 1977, Raffaele Lenti breathed in the heady aroma of cooking from an early age. His passion led him to perfect his art at the Hotelier Institute in Ottaviano Vesuviano, and his first experiences in the streets of his city forged him as a cook.
But it was in Rome that his career took a decisive turn. The elegant salons of luxury hotels became his new kitchen. Here, Raffaele discovered a refined and cosmopolitan culinary world, which enriched him professionally and pushed him to push his own limits.
Still today, with the same energy and passion he creates dishes that tell stories and enchant palates. But cooking for Raffaele is not just a job, it is a real mission: to share his passion with others.
